Founder & CEO
Roberto Montoya is a doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado Denver working on a PhD in Educational Studies and Research. He has a B.A. in Political Science, a M.A. in Ethnic Studies from Regis University and his research and expertise is in critical race theory, Latino critical race theory (LatCrit), critical Whiteness studies, critical pedagogy, performance, and intersectionality. He has worked for three different universities and two Fortune 500 companies, where he led numerous diversity and inclusion initiatives. He has an eye for spotting opportunities, collaboration, and implementing meaningful change.
